My service has also been applied in this area through membership in the National Coalition of Mental Health and Aging and leadership in the Alcohol and Aging Awareness Group state-level coalition. As Co-Chair of the Service Provider Training Workgroup, our efforts over the past few years have been directed to conducting and evaluating Screening and Brief Intervention training in hospitals and mental health clinics.
