This is an open rank search. Qualifications: Excellence in teaching, scholarly research, mentoring of graduate students, and a commitment to professional & public service. The search committee will give preference to candidates with leadership experience at the K-12 level and with teaching and research expertise in one or more of the following areas: K-12 instructional leadership, organizational culture, and leading organizational change and improvement. Teaching responsibilities will be at the graduate level in educational leadership. The School of Education serves approximately 650 undergraduates and over 400 graduate students. The School has 45 tenure track faculty and 20 clinical faculty. The School has a $5 million annual budget which provides a strong resource base for program development and innovation, academic enrichment, scholarly achievement, and professional staff support.
