Winners of the Physical Plant Survey
The Physical Plant Department
conducts a survey once a year
in order to get feedback on the
performance of the Department. The survey was conducted by Jeff Ghiringhelli and
this year the Custodial Department was kind enough to staff
three different stations around
campus to collect surveys from
students. If a survey was completed and returned, they were
included in a raffle. 1st place
receiving a $200 gift card, 2nd
place $100, 3rd place $50 and
4th place $25.

Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison-Library Construction
Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison’s room was created to display donated items
from her offices. The room was styled to reflect her Washington office. The
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony took place on December 15th.

Richard & Lucille DeWitt Nursing School Parking Lot Project
The parking lot at the Nursing School was expanded and a connection between the back loop
driveway was completed. This enabled additional parking for students and staff.

Custodial Staff Receive Gifts from ECRC
The Custodial staff at the ECRC was given gift baskets and thank you cards. Ms. Harkness and Ms.
Hagan got together with the teachers and purchased for each custodian: gift cards, candies, and
"thank you" cards signed and/or written by the students. The faculty and administration on the second floor of the ECRC also gave the staff gifts of appreciation.
The custodial staff decided to take a group picture with the words "THANK YOU" printed on the
picture to show how grateful they were for their kindness.
