Find u−v, 2v, kvk, the dot product u·v and determine whether u and v are orthogonal
(or for which values of parameters u and v are orthogonal, if any are present):
(i) u = (1, 3, 0), v = (−3, 1, 0);
(ii) u = (1, 0, 1, 0), v = (1, 1, −1, 1);
(iii) u = (k, 0, 1, −k), v = (k, 2, 1, 2);
(iv) u = (a, b, 0, c), v = (−2b, a, c, 0).
