Spring Workshop – “Women and Contentious Classrooms: How Can We Help Each Other?”
Extremely useful and engaging discussions – 10 attended, April 24 @ Heller
We would like to thank Leilani Feliciano for leading much of the discussion!
April 28 - Chair Minette Church met with Chairs of FMAC, PRIDE, NTT, and rep from the LAS
Planning Committee to talk about campus climate issues and cross-campus initiatives for
collaboration and mentoring.
More of this work to come, over the summer, with an eye to seeing what we can do in the next
academic year.
Announcement: Minette’s term as Chair is over, and Catherine Grandorff will be FAWC Chair
beginning June 2015.
Minette and Barbara Prinari will continue as co-Chairs while we recruit candidates for a new
incoming Chair (since Barbara is incoming FA President).
