A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 will be charged to all students who apply for admission to the Phlebotomy Program. Drug screen (as required by the clinical site), approximate cost is $37.00 Washington State License Fee (if working in Washington) $115.00 renew every two years Optional: ASCP Board Certification test fee - $135.00 Tuition is assessed by the Washington State Legislature and can change. One who has been domiciled continuously in the State of Washington for at least 12 months or one who has been domiciled in Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Multnomah and Washington counties in the state of Oregon for at least 90 days may qualify for this tuition rate. Oregon Border Waiver forms are available in the Admissions Office. 2 Students who do not meet the definition of “Washington resident” may qualify for this waiver as long as they have established a residence in the state of Washington for a period of 90 days and can provide evidence of intent to remain in the state. This waiver is available to U.S. citizens and permanent residents only.
