Important Admissions Information
* One quarter credit equals 2/3 of a semester credit (ex. 3 quarter credits equals 2 semester credits). To
aid in this conversion, transfer students are allowed 2 semester credits of waiver. Waived credits can only
be applied to general education courses. No more than 1 credit can be applied to a single General
Education Requirement. Ex. can apply waiver credit to a Math requirement and a Social Science
requirement, but not to two Social Science requirements. For more information, contact the Admissions
Office. Waiver credit waives the requirement but does not add credit to your transcript.
