The Welding Technology program prepares students for entry-level welder employment in production, job shop, or maintenance
positions. Students master basic and advanced welding skills while operating industry-quality, state-of-the-art equipment. Careerupgrade certificate classes are also offered. American Welding Society welder certification is available to students enrolled in welding
classes.

NOTES:
The Associate in Applied Science degree is designed for students who wish to complete a program with a specific career
and technical education objective. Students are required to complete a minimum of thirty (30) credits at Clark College to
meet Academic Residency requirement. Students are required to maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.00 to receive this degree.
