Employee Pay Research

Displays payroll data for the pay end date, fiscal year and dept/unit selected. Intended to assist
users in researching payroll expenses by object class, object code, emplid, empl name, and
position nbr. This report can be run for one or multiple dept/units.
Payroll Register
This data comes from the HR Payroll system. If your department has IPTs, they will not be
reflected in this report. IPTs are included in the PS Financial Transaction reports. Displays gross
payroll amounts per employee for the payroll end date and department ID selected. This
report can be run for one or multiple department IDs.
Purchasing
Asset Inventory
Displays an inventory list of assets for the department and unit selected. This report can be run
for one or multiple departments and units.
