Module 3: Learning Outcomes • Be able to plan and prepare for management coaching or mentoring programmes based on identified developmental needs and goals • Be able to undertake and record at least hundred hours of formal coaching or mentoring activity Module 3: Learning Outcomes • Be able to reflect and review own management coaching or mentoring practice • Be able to use supervision and reflective leaning to develop and improve own management coaching or mentoring practice About the Course • Attendance is required at all training days • Tutorial support available at all times via phone/skype/email • Supervised coaching practice/role play will take place in class About the Course • We can provide individuals to coach if necessary, please advice programme manager in advance • Assignments must be handed in by the due dates unless otherwise agreed with the Programme manager or tutor. All Assignments are initially corrected by the tutor 2. A sample of the assessments are sent to the Internal Verifier to ensure that they have been marked to the standard and meet the marking criteria set by ILM 3. Further sample of the assessments and assessment decisions are sent to ILMs External Verifier to ensure that they are appropriate, consistent, and monitored across and within centres/providers. ILM Guide to Award • In the UK, this internationally recognised course is accredited to the UK Qualifications and Credit Framework (QFC) as a Level 5 Award. • In Ireland, this award is recognised on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ), as a Level 6 Award.
