TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS AT SIEW At Youth@SIEW, Minister S Iswaran, Goh Swee Chen and Laurent Maillefer engaged youths on energy issues at In Dialogue with Youth, before touring the Youth Energy Showcase to view 13 student projects. Minister S Iswaran also presented the annual Energy-Industry Scholarship (EIS) to this year’s recipients at the dialogue event. o Media resources: Media release announcing recipients of EIS scholarships. The inaugural Gastech Women in Energy programme showcased senior female leaders and male champions from all disciplines across the global energy sector. It provided a platform for 150 mid-to-senior level professionals to network and learn from their peers as they dissect the efforts and contribution of these leaders in a fast-growing industry. At Gastech 2015’s Spotlight on Indonesia, the Indonesian Ministry and national oil companies gave participants invaluable insight into the investment and infrastructure opportunities available in Indonesia. Your media pass will allow you access to all events with the exception of a small number of by-invite only functions. o Thurs, 29 Oct – Friday, 30 Oct: The registration counter will be on level 3, Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, and will be open from 8am – 6pm (Counter closes at 12pm on 30 Oct) Internet access at SIEW: Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas around the SIEW venues, and in the media centre. Individual conferences may also have Wi-Fi access, subject to their respective organisers.
