Texto 1: La comida basura te hace sentir perezoso
Hola, me llamo Marcos y soy alumno del Colegio La Paz. Esta semana estamos
intentando que todos los alumnos de nuestro colegio cambien su estilo de vida.
Todos pensamos que lo más fácil es lo mejor, pero no. Yo entiendo que es bastante
más fácil y rápido pedir por teléfono comida rápida que buscar una receta en
internet, hacer la compra, cocinar y lavar los platos.
El problema cuando nos alimentamos con frecuencia de comida basura como
hamburguesas y patatas fritas es que nos hacemos adictos a una dieta pobre, rica
en grasas y baja en nutrientes, algo muy poco saludable.
Lo cierto es que, por un lado, estoy muy preocupado
porque más del 60% de personas que consumen
comida basura se sienten perezosas y sedentarias,
esto es muy peligroso. Además, este tipo de dieta
causa muchas enfermedades en el futuro. Por otro
lado, estoy seguro de que la educación es la solución
para evitar los malos hábitos.

Texto 2: El ídolo de todas, Pablo Alborán
Carta de una lectora. Madrid, 4 de Mayo, 2014
Mi ídolo, Pablo Alborán, nació en Cádiz, España en 1989. En tan solo cuatro años ha llegado al
corazón de millones de personas en España, Portugal y Latinoamérica.
Lo que más me gusta de sus canciones es que tienen pasión y combinan flamenco del sur y pop
español. Es decir, combinan tradición y novedad. Pablo tiene los ojos claros, barba rubia y voz dulce,
por eso es el favorito de mujeres de todas las edades: hijas, madres y abuelas.
Pablo es cantante y compositor y empezó su carrera musical cantando en el sofá de su casa y
poniendo videos en YouTube, también cantaba en bares y restaurantes. La gente hablaba sobre él en
Twitter y Facebook. En 2011 grabó su primer disco.
Ahora ya tiene tres discos publicados, me inspira su historia porque me gustaría ser cantante, Pablo
me ha enseñado que tenemos que luchar por nuestros sueños y trabajar mucho. El resultado es “un
artista de los pies a la cabeza”, compone arte, canta como los ángeles y enamora. Según dice la
revista “Vanity Fair”, Pablo “es novio de todas”.

Texto 3: Correo electrónico
Hola guapa, ¿Cómo estás? Hace mil años que no hablamos, y me siento responsable de
esto. Te escribo porque entiendo que no te he respondido al correo que me enviaste hace
tres meses. He estado demasiado ocupada.
En estos momentos no me encuentro muy contenta, ¡estoy harta!, mis padres me tratan
como a una niña pequeña y me obligan a trabajar los fines de semana. No tengo tiempo
para nada. Los viernes y los sábados trabajo de cuatro a siete en la frutería de mi padre y
los sábados por la mañana cuido de mi hermana pequeña y tengo que pasear al perro. Las
horas se pasan rápido porque tengo que hablar con la gente y es divertido.
El problema es que en mi único día libre, el domingo, todas mis amigas, incluida tú, hacéis
los deberes para el colegio. ¡Además, solo me pagan 30 €! ¿Piensas que es ridículo?
Lo bueno de todo esto es que estoy ahorrando poco a poco, en diciembre me sacaré el
carnet de conducir y como sabes es muy caro. También me gustaría comprarme un coche,
aunque para eso necesitaré trabajar durante casi cinco años.
¿Te gustaría ir al cine el fin de semana que viene? ¡Yo invito!

Texto 4: El diario de Marta
Aeropuerto de Auckland a Madrid, martes 25 julio
Querido diario, estoy a punto de coger el avión para empezar mi aventura. Mi objetivo,
mejorar mi nivel de español y aprender sobre el arte árabe en Granada. Es una ciudad
preciosa, tiene playa, montaña donde esquiar, buena gastronomía y sobre todo, arquitectura
árabe. He leído mucho en internet sobre Granada y estoy muy emocionada, ¡me encanta la
historia y el arte!
Madrid, miércoles 27 de julio
El día veintiséis no pude escribir porque me puse muy enferma, me llevaron al hospital. Me
dolía mucho la boca y el estómago. Aparentemente soy alérgica a una medicina que me
dieron para el dolor de cabeza. Hoy me siento muy bien, hemos ido a la Plaza Mayor, la
Puerta del Sol y hemos visitado el museo del Prado, he visto obras de arte de los famosos
pintores Goya y Velázquez, solo las había visto en libros antes. Me han sorprendido la
cantidad de turistas en todas partes, ¡es una locura!
Granada, jueves 28 de julio
Hemos tomado el AVE, el tren de alta velocidad hasta Granada. Cuando llegamos hacía
37°C, ¡qué calor! La ciudad es preciosa y nuestro hotel está justo en el centro. Tras
descansar un poco, nos fuimos a tomar un té y unas galletas árabes a la “Tetería de
Mohammed”. Eran auténticas y deliciosas ¡era como estar en marruecos! Nunca me lo
habría imaginado así. Por la tarde vistamos la Alhambra, un palacio con una decoración
muy detallada. Tiene jardines y fuentes muy bonitas. Me puedo imaginar el pasado cuando
camino. Sin duda, podría vivir aquí.
Granada, viernes 29 de julio
Hoy ha sido el gran día de las compras. Me encanta la moda
española, he comprado ropa en Zara, unos zapatos rojos de un
diseñador español y dos lámparas árabes, todo es muy barato y
original. Las lámparas las vi cuando fuimos a tomar el té ayer. Por la
noche, tras una cena en un bar típico de tapas llamado “El
Tamboril” he comido jamón, gambas fritas y mucho pescado fresco.
Tras la cena, nos fuimos a los baños árabes. Es muy bueno para
relajarse, había piscinas de agua caliente, templada y muy fría.
¡Definitivamente los mejores tres días de mi vida!
