Matters for Prayer We pray for: the Norfolk Street Partnership; YMCA Night Stop; Steve and Jo Wright at home in Bowthorpe after ending their time in Dubai as they consider their next move, and for their family – Emily, Stephen and Bethany; Revd Andy White, who has now had to leave Baghdad, & St. George’s Church, Baghdad; the Gunning family and the work of SIM in Namibia; Pastor Raj & the Bangalore churches & Pastor Sam & the Bethesda Orphanage, Coonoor, India; the country of Nepal following the Earthquake; the persecuted church in Mauritania; Lowestoft, London Road Baptist Church, Churches in the Deanery of Lothingland, Shipdham United Reformed Church and Framingham Earl Methodist Church. We pray for the residents of Mayes Close, Fitzhenry Mews and Brennewater Mews. We remember in prayer all those known to us who are grieving, especially at this time John, Annette & the family & friends of Brenda Grimmer and also the families & friends of Doris Parker and Ellen Bond. We also uphold in prayer Jane, Bethany & the family & friends of David Colman on the first anniversary of his death. We continue to pray for all those we know who are in pain or sick, remembering particularly those we have been praying for over the past few weeks. Finally, we pray that each of us in our daily lives and work places will bring the light of Christ to those we meet.
