Please bring any BLANK IB exams that you have from your subject area. These will
be returned to you the following week.
1. Feedback on May 2012 Exam Session
a. Subject/component results/grade boundaries
b. Feedback on Internal Assessments
c. School & global statistics
2. Student exam papers from May 2012 – who would like these ordered to perform
a data analysis (cost involved)?
3. New location for the storage of IB items on EI Shares drive
4. Teachers submit past BLANK IB exams for archiving
5. OCC/IBIS login refresher
6. Roundtable schedules for 2012-2013 (8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) – up to 2 teachers
per subject area may attend a roundtable for free; lunch provided; if you would
like to attend:
a. let me know
b. take a “Request for Conference Attendance” form and submit to Mary’s
office ASAP
c. log substitute teacher request into sub system ASAP

7. Review of ROUGH student deadlines 2012-2013 – do we need to adjust any of
these?
a. October 1st- TOK final Paper Due
b. November 8th- Extended Essay Rough Draft Due

e. December 20th- Rough Draft of Historical Investigation

m. Keep in mind that all assessments must be IN THE MAIL ON APRIL 5TH, this
means that you must have time to collect and grade the assessments before
this date, since the grades determine which samples are sent in. The only
exceptions to this are Extended Essay, TOK, and English World Lit papers
which must be in the mail by the end of February.
8. Review of “IB Informational Booklet” – please review any sections
pertaining to your subject area and submit request for changes by
9/30/12.

*Science roundtables are tentatively scheduled. The date will be finalized pending
confirmation of IB Examiner’s ability to attend.
