Job Profile/Responsibilities:











Software testing based on requirement documents including the Test Planning as well as
Execution.
Responsible for test planning including understanding of test basis, preparation of test cases,
test package, test strategy, requirement traceability matrix and conducting review calls and
maintaining review records.
Interacted/Co-ordinated with Clients, Project Management team, development team as well
as other application teams during the test planning phase.
Responsible for test execution including functional as well as regression testing.
As a part of functional test execution raised/handled defects and interacted with different
teams for impact, solution and fixes and end to end defect closure.
Prepared test and defect reports for functional testing projects at the end of execution
phase.
Handled sanity responsibility of test application for daily build versions using automation
tool (QTP).
Head of a Regression module of the test application. Responsible for assigning task, generate
timely reports and handle all issue faced during testing.
Providing training to new colleagues and helping them in any issues faced.
Experience of Quality Centre for all project management activities.
Used Oracle SQL Developer for Database queries and testing and Putty for backend logs of
application.
