Philippians 3
20. For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
21. Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he
is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
Matthew 28
1. In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn
toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene
and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
2. And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the
angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came
and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
3. His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment
white as snow:
4. And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and
became as dead men.
5. And the angel answered and said unto the women,
Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was
crucified.
6. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come,
see the place where the Lord lay.
7. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen
from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into
Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.
8. And they departed quickly from the sepulchre
with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his
disciples word.
John 20
1. The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when
it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken
away from the sepulchre.
2. Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the
other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They
have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not
where they have laid him.
3. Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came
to the sepulchre.
4. So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun
Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.
5. And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes
lying; yet went he not in.
6. Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the
sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie,
7. And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the
linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.
8. Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the
sepulchre, and he saw, and believed.
9. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again
from the dead.
10. Then the disciples went away again unto their own home.
John 20
11. But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and
as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the
sepulchre,
12. And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the
head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus
had lain.
13. And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou?
She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my
Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.
14. And when she had thus said, she turned herself back,
and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus.
15. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou?
whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the
gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence,
tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.
16. Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and
saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master.
Matthew 27
50. Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the
ghost.
51. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top
to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
52. And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints
which slept arose,
53. And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into
the holy city, and appeared unto many.
54. Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching
Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they
feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

34. Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
35. And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.
36. And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
37. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
38. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?
39. Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones,
as ye see me have.
40. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.
41. And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?
42. And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
43. And he took it, and did eat before them.
1 Corinthians 15
49. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
50. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit
incorruption.
John 20
19. Then the same day at evening, being the first day of
the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples
were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood
in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
20. And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his
hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when
they saw the Lord.
24. But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was
not with them when Jesus came.
25. The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have
seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in
his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the
print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not
believe.
26. And after eight days again his disciples were within,
and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being
shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
27. Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and
behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it
into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
1 Corinthians 15
35. But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
36. Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:
37. And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of
some other grain:
38. But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
39. All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another
of birds.
40. There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the
terrestrial is another.
41. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from
another star in glory.
42. So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43. It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
44. It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

Philippians 1

1. For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with
hands, eternal in the heavens.
2. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:
3. If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
4. For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that
mortality might be swallowed up of life.

17. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so
shall we ever be with the Lord.
18. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
1 Corinthians 15
51. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised
incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be
brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56. The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye
know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

and not die, that the land be not desolate.

the Egyptians sold every man his field, because the famine
prevailed over them: so the land became Pharaoh's.
25. And they said, Thou hast saved our lives: let us find
grace in the sight of my lord, and we will be Pharaoh's
servants.
