The CEM Energy Management Leadership Awards recognize those who are leading the way with ISO 50001. While these awards demonstrate successful implementation of ISO 50001, there are a suite of complementary standards related to energy management, performance metrics, measurement and verification, and energy audits. To learn more, see below, and visit the ISO website: http://www.iso.org/iso/home.htm. The ISO Technical Committee (TC) 242 on Energy Management is developing standards and guidance to maximize the energy efficiency impact of ISO 50001. The U.S. holds the Secretariat with Brazil. TC 242 has 5 working groups (WG) developing the standards related to ISO 50001. ISO Standards to support robust implementation of ISO 50001 include: ISO 50002:2014 Energy audits—Requirements with guidance for use ISO 50003:2014 Energy management systems—Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of energy management systems ISO 50004:2014 Energy management systems—Guidance for implementation, maintenance and improvement of an energy management system ISO 50006:2014 Energy management systems—Measuring energy performance using energy baselines (EnB) and energy performance indicators (EnPI)—General principles and guidance ISO 50015: 2014 Energy management systems—Measurement and verification of energy performance of organizations—General principles and guidance www.cleanenergyministerial.org/Energy-Management-Leadership-Awards Version 2 CASE STUDY TEMPLATE Global Energy Management System Implementation: Case Study Country Organization Name Company or Country Specific Branding Here Add byline here: e.g., achievement by company or facility. Where the baseline period energy consumption and reporting period energy consumption are accounted for being for the same organizational boundary (ies) and the two periods are equivalent in length. Energy consumption of either period may be normalized when appropriate. ISO 17747 provides additional guidance on the determination of energy savings and the calculation of EPI %. --Delete these boxes for final submission -- “Add quote from organization about its achievement and success through ISO 50001.” **For case studies featuring multiple sites, please refer to the Awards FAQs webpage for guidance on how to enter information in the Case Study Snapshot table. —Name of representative, title 2.3.
