SPONSORSHIP AND DONATIONS
All year round it seems like we are always asking for something!!!!! So this year, we want
to give back!!!!!! Not only are we giving FREE tickets to all families that donate, but we are
also giving away prize baskets for monetary donations!! In addition, for all families that
donate, no matter how big or small, will be proudly recognized on our
donation/sponsorship wall! There are many ways to donate to the carnival. You can
donate single items for games and booths, you can donate baked items or you can sponsor
a game or raffle draw item. Please see attached for the many ways you can contribute to
the carnival this year.

Every year Deerwood PTA offers a raffle for the children called the Deerwood Draw. The
items are selected and hand chosen with only the children in mind. During the carnival
the children have the opportunity to drop their tickets into the bag for the item of choice.
We have some eXceptional items this year that are going to really eXcite the children.

DONATION LIST
We need your help in order to have an eXtraordinary carnival! For every two items you will receive one
ticket towards the carnival! Tuesday and Thursdays will be collection days, beginning Tuesday, October
4, or you may drop off items in the carnival bin in the front entry. Make sure you label the donations
with your child’s name and Homeroom teacher so that we can award tickets. Donations will be
accepted until November 1.

BAKE SALE
The Deerwood Carnival will be having a yummy bake sale and we will need your help to
make it eXceptional!!!! We would love for you to show off your baking talents no matter
how simple or eXtravagant…come one, come all!! All donated bake sale goods need to be
dropped off at the school on Friday, November 4 in the morning. There will be parents to
receive your donated bake sale items in the carpool lane!!! Just drive through!!! Please
consider helping your PTA by donating some yummy treats to the Bake Sale. If we can
