on
providing
the
students
with new
vocabular
y in a
variety of
areas
such as
literature,
language
learning,
language
teaching,
art,
economy,
science
and
technolog
y. It also
aims to
teach
different
affixes in
English,
prefixes,
suffixes
along with
aphorism
s and
idioms.
This course aims to gain ability and information to translate the official texts from English to
Turkish. Students examine the functioning norms in the context of English and Turkish business
world and compare them. For this purpose, students study on official texts such as; contracts,
business letters, tender offers, law agents.
