What is Sonata L.E.A.D ?
Sonata’s L.E.A.D is a unique and comprehensive program designed to balance the needs of the fresh
graduates like you and the dynamic opportunities in the IT industry
L
A four stage program where in we seLect the best of talent, like you, from universities.
Once selected by our expert panel, you would be made an offer, which we are sure will
be your passport to the start of an exciting career.
E
We then shapE you using our customized training curriculum and in house trainers, to
give you a unique classroom experience. This stage is for 8 weeks, during which, you will
go through induction, classroom training, hands on practical sessions and finally attain
valuable certifications
A
Training completed, we then shArpen you by providing shadow opportunities on
our client projects. This is to ensure that you get chance to hone your skills and
knowledge that we would have shaped during the training and give you a chance to
understand how a real life project is executed and the challenges faced during the same.
A mentor is appointed to guide you through this phase on client projects. The duration
of this stage will vary based on the skills, prior experience and the feedback from the
mentor. It can be a maximum of 12 weeks.

Once you are sharpened, you would be ready to striDe into action and our team would
be placing you as a confident professional on customer projects
Earn as you learn during the L.E.A.D program, when you are being shaped and sharpened. This is just

Requirements:
Functional/Business
Required





MBA / Undergrads in Finance, T&L or SCM, Retail
Good written and oral communication skills
Excellent customer communication and/or biz understanding skills
Ability to work in a globally dispersed team environment
Team management skills, and ability to work in a team environment
Desired/ Added Advantage






Experience OR familiarity in some of following business areas like Inventory, Warehouse
management, Finance, Projects Management, Procurement, Sales & marketing
Experience OR exposure in some of following biz suite including ERP, CRM, SCM, SRM
Having basic understanding any programming language
Background in Finance, Production, Services industry
Having knowledge of Dynamics AX modules
1 – 2 Years of work experience or relevant domain experience
Technical
Required




BS/MS in Computer Science/ Information Science
Good understanding of Object Oriented programming and Design
Good understanding of any OO Programming language
Good understanding of Database
Desired / Added Advantage






Good Verbal and written communication
Presentation skills
Knowledge of .NET, C#, MS SQL Server
Knowledge of any Business application
Past experience (1 - 2 years) in development
Prior exposure to Morph X / X++
