Description The Project Status Report is a formal document that describes the state of the project. It provides information on project scope, schedule, cost, human resources, quality, risks and issues. The content of the report is typically adapted to each project depending on its specific reporting requirements. The report describes how the project is progressing when compared to the Project Statement, including the authorized changes. The report also identifies the unplanned events and situations affecting progress, and what is or will be done about them. As well, the report may include a summary of the relationship with external participants when their involvement is critical to the success of the project. Finally, details related to various project management knowledge areas may or may not be present, depending on project size, client management standards, etc. This particular template of Project Status Report has been adapted from a real-life template and simplified to match the needs of the Integrated Project.
