Lessons Learned:
• When you’re asked to lead…lead!
• All 3 Sectors must be included early
• Don’t skip over/rush any of the steps (especially 1 and 3)
• Partnerships are never easy; always better!
• Forget about “who gets the credit”
• The process remains the same, regardless of the civic
innovation you’re seeking
