Mount Olympus Swimwear is a high fashion clothing line that specializes is swimsuits for
women sizes 2 to 22. We consider ourselves to be the Victoria Secret™ of swimsuits. The
company will start off online and then there will be stores in Las Vegas, Miami, Atlanta, Los
Angeles, and resorts in different countries (Mexico, Brazil, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos,
Dominican Republic) by the second year.
We are one of the first swimsuit lines to offer attractive swimsuit options for women of all sizes.
Swimsuits for the bigger sized women have increased in popularity. The tankini™ is one
example.

Mount Olympus Swimwear will be owned solely by Sharday Briscoe holding at least 50% of the
company. The rest will be divided by investors.

The costs for Mount Olympus Swimwear are listed below. The company will start with three
months of inventory on hand.
By March, all swimsuits shall be made and ready to go. Auditions will be held for models in the
first week of April. The website will start off as a Bigcartel website in March and needs to be
completed by the second week in April by a web designer

There will need to be an office space where all of the swimsuits will be stored and shipped.
Our website will offer a different experience than most swimsuit websites. Aside from being able
to browse the swimsuits available, women will be given customized recommendations depending
on their preferences. Women will go to the website and be prompted to entire their height
preference. (4’9-5’2, 5’3-5’8, 5’9+). Next users will click on what areas they prefer to cover up
(legs, arms, stomach, butt, breasts, shoulders). They will also be asked what parts they prefer to
have exposed (legs, arms, stomach, butt, breasts, shoulders). Each customer will be shown a
women with their height suggestions wearing the swimsuit they choose so they can get an idea of
how the suit will look on them.

company is the style of swimsuits. Most of the designs seek to cover up or hide certain assets
while Mount Olympus Swimwear highlights and exposes certain body parts.

Mount Olympus Swimwear’s goal is to provide swimwear for those under served in the market
for swimsuits. The major apparel retailers have left a hole in the market by not providing a larger
assortment of sizes.

6.1 Organization Structure
Mount Olympus Swimwear is a small business and requires a simple organizational structure.
Sharday Briscoe will work as CEO and head designer. The employees that need to be hired in the
second year are the general manager, web designer, and two interns.
6.2 Personnel Plan
The personnel plan for the second year of the business. There will be one full time employee and
two interns. The full time employee will be paid at a rate of 10.00 per hour and the interns will
not be paid. All employees will benefit from one day paid holiday on their birthdays and a week
of paid vacation after twelve months of employment. At this time, medical benefits cannot be
offered to employees. As profits increase in the future, medical benefits will be offered to all
employees.
