I.
GENERAL
The CONTRACTOR shall undertake the (______________Package Name_____ _________________________) for the
proposed (Project Name). This shall be in accordance with the Bid Documents and subject to all conditions and requirement of
the plans, specifications and other related Bid and Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR’S Bid shall allow for the following:
I.1
The (Project Name) (_______________________________) shall include all labor, materials, tools
equipment, and service required to construct and install all items necessary for the proper execution and
completion of said items of work, as shown on the drawings, as specified herein, and or as required by job
conditions to provide and complete the construction.
I.2
All works of this section shall comply with the requirements of the contract, including general and special
conditions, along with the drawings and all other contract documents.
I.3
All applicable provisions of the different divisions and sections of the technical specifications for each item
shall apply for all items in this summary.
I.4
Labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and services deemed necessary to complete the (Project
Name) (_______________________________) as per industry practice, but NOT specifically shown and
mentioned in the plans, details, specifications or in the other bid and contract documents, shall be supplied
by the CONTRACTOR without extra cost to the OWNER. Such materials, equipment and tools shall be of
the highest quality available and such labor, supervision and services shall be of the highest quality of
workmanship possible.
I.5
All materials to be furnished shall be new, tested, labeled or approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratories or
equivalent standards acceptable to the OWNER, Architects and Engineers.
I.6
All coordination works with the OWNER’s authorized representative/s and the Construction Manager and
with all the other Trade Contractors and Suppliers, which are necessary for the expeditious and satisfactory
implementation, completion and acceptance of the CONTRACTOR’S Scope of work stipulated in the
Contract Agreement with the OWNER and in all the other Bid and Contract documents, shall be done by the
CONTRACTOR.
I.7
The CONTRACTOR shall secure from all private and government agencies and submit to the OWNER at its
own expense all necessary bonds, clearances, permits, and insurances required to commence, implement
and complete the Project on schedule.
I.8
The CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit to the Construction Project Manager all the necessary
schedules, on a weekly and monthly basis, for the Project, such as Schedule of Manpower and Equipment
Resources, Schedule of Projected Accomplishments on a periodic and cumulative basis, and Monthly Cash
Flow Projections.

I.9
The CONTRACTOR shall formalize the Contract Agreement with the OWNER based on the specimen for
here in, and all the other related Bid and Contract Documents.
I.10
The CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit on time on the required schedules, documents, material
samples, product data, cost and time proposals for changes and other submittals. The CONTRACTOR
allows the OWNER and/or its authorized representatives to penalize the CONTRACTOR for unreasonable
delays in the submission of such items, information or documents.
I.11
The CONTRACTOR shall inspect and ascertain the quantity and quality of all materials prior to delivery at
site. Any defects, damages and/or deficiencies on the materials prior to acceptance shall be borne, replaced
and/or completed by the CONTRACTOR.
I.12
The CONTRACTOR shall perform all necessary testing required by the Consultant.
I.13
The CONTRACTOR shall install all Owner Supplied Materials such as rebars, cement etc. The
CONTRACTOR shall do all the necessary works to finish the WORK.
I.14
Furnishing the Owner Operation Maintenance Manuals and Warranty Certificates.
SPECIFIC
Works included in this package consist: the furnishing at the CONTRACTOR’S expense all labour, materials, tools, plant and
other facilities/services needed to complete and render ready for use the Contract package in accordance with
the Drawings, specifications, governing codes and regulations, and other related Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR shall
include, but not limited to, the following:

II.1
General Construction Works (Civil /Structural /Architectural /Mechanical /Electrical /Plumbing /Fire
Protection/Supply and Installation of Busduct) for the eleven levels calll center as shown on drawings and as
mentioned in the specifications.
II.2
All structural Works and Civil works such as, concrete frames, slabs, walls, lintels, curbs, machine bases,
ramps, and all other concrete structural and non-structural elements, including necessary formworks, shoring
and waterproofing, expansion and construction joints, etc., Owner to supply all concrete and
reinforcements.
II.3
Supply and installation of all concrete hollow blocks to external and internal walls including plastering, mortar,
stiffeners, reinforcing bars, joints, connections, thickenings, etc.
II.4
Architectural works like floor finishes, wall finishes, ceiling finishes, internal and external finishes, doors,
signages, built-in furniture etc. as instructed by the OWNER.
II.6
Supply & installation of Mechanical Works for Airconditioning, Ventilation and Kitchen Exhaust System,
Chilled & Condenser Water System and Water Treatment for cooling towers (Supply of major equipment like
water chillers, cooling towers, pumps, ahu & fcu, and fans & blowers shall be owner supplied).
II.7
General Electrical Works like supply and installation of Incoming Mains, Power and Lighting System, Wiring
Devices, Lighting fixtures, Grounding System, BMS etc.
II.8
Supply and installation of Plumbing Works Storm Drainage System, Sanitary Sewer System, Water Supply
System including booster & sump pumps, and make-up water line for cooling towers

II.9
Supply and installation of Fire Protection System for Wet & Dry Stand Pipe System, including fire & jockey
pumps.
II.10
OWNER’S option to supply and deliver materials. The contractor is required to submit guaranteed maximum
quantity.
II.11
Providing samples, coordinating with our trades, marking and setting out, labeling, providing sufficient
materials for the mock-ups, operation and maintenance manuals, spares, testing and commissioning, training
and warranties.
II.12
Delivering all the materials and any necessary labour to the jobsite or to another place within Metro Manila as
designated by the OWNER.
II.13
Unloading and distributing materials and equipment around the site will be undertaken by the
CONTRACTOR.
II.14
Providing as-built and shop drawings.
II.15
Any other works required to complete the WORK.
