A beautiful city for you to enjoy, we will start with a narrated Harbor Cruise of San Diego Bay. This is a perfect introduction to America's Finest City, as you see the sights including the patriotic Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum, the Star of India wooden ship, Navy ships in port and the "toolbox skyline". We will then board our motorcoach to see highlights of the bayside area before checking into the Embassy Suites Hotel. Get ready to indulge in an authentic Mexican Welcome Dinner in Old Town before calling it a night. D Day 2 Panda bears, koalas, polar bears and more are waiting for you in the highly acclaimed San Diego Zoo. Your visit includes the narrated bus tour to help cover more areas and make the most of your time at the zoo. Today, you will also have a pass for entrance to all of the 15 Balboa Park Museums, choosing how much time to spend at each, as your interests dictate. From the Museum of Man to the Natural History Museum to the Air and Space Museum to the Model Railroad Museum to the Museum of Art to the Veteran's Museum and others, there is something of interest for everyone. Dinner is on your own this evening. B Day 3 SeaWorld is our exciting destination today with its many aquatic exhibits, hands on attractions and shows starring the majestic Orca whales. See penguins, sharks, turtles, dolphins and more up close in this not to be missed marine park. It promises to be an exhilarating day at a most memorable place. In the afternoon, we venture over to Coronado Island for a tour of its highlights. You'll see the Hotel del Coronado with its trademark red-shingled turrets which has hosted European royalty and many U.S. Presidents since its 1888 opening. Dinner is on your own in this quaint town. B Day 4 We will have another memorable and exciting day today when we take a deluxe Motorcoach to Dana Point and board the ferry to Catalina Island. You will enjoy a tour of the lovely city of Avalon and have time to shop and explore beautiful Catalina Island on your own. We then take the ferry to Long Beach and experience an unforgettable evening aboard the RMS Queen Mary, a 1936 luxury transatlantic ocean liner turned floating hotel. B Day 5 This afternoon we head to the airport for our return flights, saying good bye to new friends and relishing the memories of this exciting trip.
