Successful students are issued both the OSSD and IB Diploma. Eligibility Students from Catholic, public and private schools who reside within the city of Mississauga, north and west of Highway 403 and Highway 410 and north to Highway 407 (please see the attached map) are eligible to apply to St. Francis Xavier SS Pre-International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Application Process Our application process is a two-tier process: 1. The Preliminary Application Package (see website prior to the Information Night) due with all supporting documentation by Monday November 9, 2015 (submitted to the Student Services office in person only). 2. Secondary School Admission Test (Upper Level; http://www.ssat.org/) on Saturday, November 14, 2015. Please DO NOT register online at this website. Upon the receipt of application, one session of the day will be assigned to each applicant and posted on our website. 3. Starting December 7, 2015 the students, who are offered admission to the Pre-IB program based on the selection criteria, will be asked to accept or decline the offer in writing within a week after the offer has been given to them. After having accepted the offer of admission, Full School Registration Package will be due by December 17, 2015 Selection Process: 1.
