meet twice weekly fro 1 hour through
keep fit session: Mondays and Fridays
from 5.00 p.m to 6.00 pm.
Community service - Giving back to the
community through service like cleaning.
Skills – Participants choose a skill of their
choice and train to perfection under
careful monitoring by assessor at the end
of the activities’ duration, (6 months for
bronze level, 12 months for silver award
and 18 months for Gold level) the
participants get their due Awards and
certificates.
For gold awardees they are honoured to
have them awarded at the State House by
the President.
