MCT Fall T-20 Championship 2015
Format





35 total teams
10 teams from Cleveland, 16 teams from Columbus, 9 teams from SW.
Every team plays 6 games during the league stages.
4 teams qualify from Cleveland, 6 teams qualify from Columbus, and 4 teams
from SW, and two ‘wild-card’ teams shall advance for a total of 16 teams into
the Playoff stage.
Wild-card teams: The eligible “wild-card teams” will be the 4th placed teams
in both Columbus groups, the 5th placed team in Southwest Ohio/Indiana, and
the 3rd placed team in both Cleveland groups, giving us a total of 5 teams.
Two teams will proceed to the knock-outs, from this comparison. The teams
will be compared first, on points, second, on NRR, and thirdly, by coin flip.

Groups:
o Cleveland: 10 teams were divided into two groups strategically. For
the final 2 games, each team will play cross group with two other
teams in a strategic manner. From each group, 2 teams shall advance.
o Columbus: 16 teams were divided into two groups, Group A and B
both with 8 teams. In both groups, teams will be sat in a round table
strategically, and a team will not play a team across from it. From each
group, 3 teams shall advance.
o SW: 9 teams were numbered randomly. They were then sat in a round
table allowing only 6 games for each team. A team would not play a
team to its immediate right, left. Ex: team ranked 1 will not play team
ranked 8 or 2. The top 4 teams shall advance.

