Some of the possible options are listed below; We are happy to discuss individual requirements and provide a quote for these services. 3 Review of Investigations Healthwatch Our health and lifestyle questionnaires provide an in-depth look at the past medical history, family history and current health concerns as well as lifestyle issues such as smoking, alcohol and exercise. Additional questionnaires can be used for assessment of nutrition and stress. These are provided to each person in advance of their appointment so they can be discussed with the doctor on the day. The full system examination is a physical examination with the doctor to look at the major body systems including heart, lungs, abdomen, skin and musculoskeletal as required. In addition we can look at individual body composition including height and weight measurements, calculation of BMI, waist to hip ratio and body fat percentage. On request we also provide assessment for the upper limb and HAVS. One area many of our clients are concerned about is heart health. We are able to provide a personal coronary risk score(Framingham) through looking at lifestyle as well as blood pressure and pulse rate measurements as well as cholesterol testing . In addition we are able to offer up to date contemporary investigation with pulsewave analysis. Further to this we offer ECG analysis (normally resting however exercise available on request). For many clients a lung health assessment is required particularly for those with an occupational respiratory risk. We can offer spirometry (lung function testing) and can talk trough an estimate of lung age. Sensory testing for vision and hearing is also offered using our dedicated audiometry booth and occupational vision screener. A comprehensive blood analysis is available including tests for; anaemia, kidney and liver function, diabetes, gout, thyroid function and prostate (men). Additional tests can also be arranged on request.
