(ACS provided Submission to SA Government on 22 September 2014 Continue to monitor the introduction of CDC in Community Care. Consider implications for introduction of CDC in Residential Aged Care including possible changes to funding model. Monitor restorative approaches contained in CHSP guidelines and consider application in the residential care setting Once outcome has been determined review impact on members Liaise with Members/Minister/DASA regarding impact of changes Maintain a watching brief on CDC activities including funding following consumers as well as reablement and restorative care approaches.
