Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, date stamping and attaching
references, and send/ receive telex, e-mail or facsimile messages.
Do other QC administrative work such as handling QC personnel CVs, arranging vehicles for
QC Engineers/Inspectors.
Maintain computerized track of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, monitor and
follow up with concerned employees on the progress of activities to provide up-to-date

Not only enter, control, correspond, design, manipulate and update all QA-QC-Check Advice
Logs including civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, fabrication, painting, insulation,
instrumentation underground and above ground piping but QA-QC logs like Request for
Inspection (RFI) in different disciplines (civil, structural, painting, etc.), daily bonding summary
log, test packages punch lists, and more administrative QA-QC logs as well through access and
excel.
Solve discrepancies of Radiography Testing Films and Reports of subcontractors from pre and
post scanning period.
Filing all the drawings, memos in & out, construction specification, correspondence in /out,
minutes of meeting, Quality control procedure (QCP) / ITP's, method statement, project
specification, Check Advices, Request for Inspection, Request for Information & all the
important documents.
Prepare QC handover documentation packages as directed by QA/QC Manager & prepare
Matrix and Tracking register for completed work and Update ITR register.
Prepare consolidated Weekly Key Performance Indicator Report to transmit to contractor and
all construction managers (CMs).
Maintain confidential and general files, and keep required office stationery and supplies.
Handling a team of 10 members for the Quality Control Documentation process that includes
the filing, copying, verifying, stamping and distribution of the documents to different
departments within the company as well as with the client and the subcontractors.
