The aim is to complement these methods with new and increasingly interactive approaches. They want to provide the opportunity for residents to share their views on a range of topics in a more dynamic, informal way. Rather than distribute surveys to Citizen Panel members two or three times a year, they want to generate more timely conversations on topics that are of interest, so that they can develop a better understanding of the communities’ views and perceptions. Ultimately, they want to provide the opportunity for all residents to get involved using the methods they prefer to use, rather than the methods they may have been limited to in the past. This website acts as the focal point for the Ask Warwickshire approach. You will find links to current consultations, petitions and e-petitions, discussion forums (which we are calling ‘conversations‘) and other engagement opportunities such as Facebook pages for specific parts of the county. The vision is to develop an online community to encourage ongoing participation and contributions to key issues affecting the county You will also be able to sign up for instant alerts when a new consultation is posted. The report examines what action can be taken at a local level in England to improve the health outcomes for children and young people, and how this action can be supported at a national level.
