Developing an M & E framework 3. Making the roadmap result-oriented 4. Development of a dissemination plan 5. Integrating a need for resource mobilization 6. Setting up a coordination team 7. Proposing a lead agency for each objective 8. Proposal for piloting the roadmap OPERATIONALIZING THE ROADMAP (in details) • For items 1 to 5, these improvements were integrated into the new draft of the Roadmap in a background/introductory page • For item 6 (Coordination) AU PACTED partners propose: AUC as lead political coordinator ; the Int’l Task Force on Teachers as lead technical coordinator • For item 7 on lead agencies, see next slide • For the piloting of the roadmap and M&E tool, countries identified are: Kenya, Senegal, Togo (and possibly a state in Nigeria) OPERATIONALIZING THE ROADMAP LEAD AGENCIES FOR ROADMAP OBJECTIVES Roadmap Obectives 1. Standardization of teacher recruitment and mobility;(ComSec and IICBA) 5. Use of the General History of Africa in education; (UNESCO & AUC) 6.
