Underage Drinking Prevention Training Question Sheet Responses – 9/15/12 A. Challenges: What are the greatest challenges related to the enforcement of underage drinking in Pima County? Not considered high priority in society. Underage believe it’s a rite of passage, a cool thing to do. Marketing is directed/focused on young customers – energy drinks, flavored drinks. Lack of funding/resources at governments. Parents condoning activity Technology/availability of fake ID/booze.
