Spaulding President / Owner Vern began his career as an R&D Engineer at Eaton Corporation after completing his BSMET degree back in 1987. Vern’s skill portfolio expanded throughout the years as he successfully supported positions as New Technologies Business Development Engineer, Product Manager at Rockwell Automation, National Sales Engineer at Adaptive Micro Systems, VP Sales & Marketing at ESE Inc., VP Sales / Marketing at Data Specialists Inc., and even supported MBA level class instruction as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Ottawa University. Vern is a professional speaker, has written dozens of technology based papers, provided lean manufacturing training to a variety of companies within the food and beverage industry and has designed hundreds of process automation system solutions within a variety of process industries. Vern started Providence in 2008 and has focused his design & build skills almost exclusively within the craft beer and distilled spirits industry since this time.
