History of our Convenience Concepts
Convenience Concepts, Inc. operated as a division of first Masonite Corporation,
and then through acquisition USG, Corporation.
In 1989 management and investors purchased the company.
Our operations and distribution take place from our offices and warehouse in
Elgin, IL.
This central location is advantageous to shipments to all points in the U.S.A.
With an extensive history of importing, Convenience’s product lines began with
storage items such as; peg hooks, and other storage products.
A second product line consists of packaged wire, screws, tools and accessories to
install a suspended or drop ceiling.
A natural evolution of some our factories manufacturing capabilities was a move
into the R-T-A furniture line. We focus on contemporary furniture designs.
Designed for ease of assembly, many of our products are sold as “No Tools
Required.”

Mission Statement
At Convenience Concepts we are focused on creating Media and Accent
RTA Furniture items for the consumer that is seeking “Opening and Value
Priced Merchandise” in mind.
When possible we will continue to develop our
“No Tools Required” furniture line using our Trademark “Designs 2 Go”
label on our packaging.
We will continue to grow in our “Collections” offerings with proved items
and features blended with contemporary finishes.
We will continue to look for unique styling in already established
functional items that will make us stand out and separate us from others in
the marketplace at attractive pricing.
Our main product lines are focused on TV Stands, Accent Tables {End
Tables, Coffee Tables, Hall Tables and Consoles } Bookcases and Home
Office furniture.
