relative.
“The Gateway School is diagonally across from the Hudson Honor’s school” is an example
of relative location because it tells where the school s by what it is near or what is around it.
The Gateway School is at 211 West 61st Street is an example of absolute location because
it gives the specific address of the school. Another way to give the absolute location of a place is to
use coordinates. For example the absolute location of New Orleans is 30° N, 90° W.
