1. Authority All the lands in Hawaii, claimed by the United States of America have been Pirated.
Maui Circuit Court Judge takes Judicial Notice that the Hawaiian Kingdom still Exists and State of Hawai‘i lacks
Subject Matter Jurisdiction, as America, is holding the land that was pirated
HONOLULU, HAWAI‘I—Today, Dexter K. Kaiama, attorney for Kaiula Kalawe English and Robin Wainuhea
Dudoit, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus with the Hawai’i Supreme Court in Honolulu seeking an order to
compel Judge Joseph E. Cardoza to dismiss the Judge Cardoza criminal cases against his clients because Judge
Cardoza took judicial notice that the Hawaiian Kingdom continues to exist, which admits that the State of Hawai‘i
did not have subject matter jurisdiction over the arrests and criminal proceedings. Judge Cardoza refused to dismiss
the criminal complaints despite taking judicial notice that the court does not have subject matter jurisdiction.
A. Point
The Nation of Hawaii, still exists, and the occupation of the United States on the great nation is
unlawful.

of any law of the United States, so as to prevent his discovery and arrest, after notice or knowledge of the fact that a
warrant or process has been issued for the apprehension of such person, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned
not more than one year, or both; except that if the warrant or process issued on a charge of felony, or after
conviction of such person of any offense, the punishment shall be a fine under this title, or imprisonment for not

the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb, nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to
be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor

(3) As used in this subsection, the term “full amount of the victim’s losses” has the same meaning as
provided in section 2259(b)(3) and shall in addition include the greater of the gross income or value to the

H. Point
Hawaiian Archipelago, our property
returned to us, cleaned up, restored and improved
wherein there has been damaged; fish ponds restored, removal of road ways
obstructing them, poisoned ground, cleaned up, restoration of all habitats and
restoration of our religious and cultural sites.
9. Authority
FRCP 6.
The Rule also is amended to extend the exclusion of intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, and legal
holidays to the computation of time periods less than 11 days. Under the current version of the Rule,
parties bringing motions under rules with 10-day periods could have as few as 5 working days to
prepare their motions. This hardship would be especially acute in the case of Rules 50(b) and (c)(2),
52(b), and 59(b), (d), and (e), which may not be enlarged at the discretion of the court. See Rule 6(b).
If the exclusion of Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays will operate to cause excessive delay in
urgent cases, the delay can be obviated by applying to the court to shorten the time, See Rule 6(b).
I. Point
You have 11 days to comply to this letter. You are now made aware of the felonies
committed against the Nation of Hawaii, and you must act. You have the power to
prevent, you are under oath of office and you have been notified. Failure to act, is
treason, and is striking against the constitutional form of government by complicity.
