It is not a contract, so it is subject to change according to your changing academic interests, needs, and availability of course offerings. 2) Explain in one typed paragraph your objectives in beginning UHP coursework. 3) Find the Action Plan to 21 tables on page two that apply to your year in school (based on either credits earned or actual number of years at UW-W) and complete them. (For example, a freshman would complete at least four tables beginning with Freshman Year; a sophomore would complete at least three tables beginning with Sophomore Year, etc.) 4) Refer to the Honors Courses Rotation Sheet on page 4. Important Notes: Please note that some of these courses may be obtained by taking three (3) one-credit Honors 498 courses that are repeatable up to six credits. Honors 498 courses to consider: Multicultural Events (Fall), Honors Common Read (1st 5 weeks of Spring), and/or Honors Seminar (2nd 5 weeks of Spring). A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 must be maintained throughout your college career in order to graduate with University Honors. Further, you must achieve a “B” or higher in Honors courses/sections and in courses in which you complete an H-Option project in order to receive Honors credit for the course.
