You will be provided with your student information

Student Identification Number ( WVU Student ID #)
Username
Default password (Day of birth, and the last 4 digits of your student ID #)
Email address
You will need your username and default password in order to log into your
account for the first time.

- Each student will need to activate their account.

ACCESSING THE WVU PORTAL

The WVU Portal is where students will access their MIX email, eCampus, pay their bill,
and are able to access other information (transcript, schedule, etc.)

MIX Email- where instructors will communicate with students (instructors do not send
emails to personal email addresses)
•
eCampus- where you can view your course(s) and course materials, students have
24/7 access to their course
•
Courses will not be visible in eCampus until the first day of class
