Cheer Work Out 1 Warm-Up: 1. Two suicides 2. 40 Cheer-Jacks (jumping jacks with High-V/Clean) 3. Butt Kicks 45 sec 4. High Knees with arms in a “T” motion 45 secs 5. Mummy Kicks 30 sec (arms straight out and switch as you kick about 45 degrees alternating legs) 6. Repeat 2-6 Total Body Exercises: Complete each set of three 3 times total 1. 30 Cross Jacks with high V (squat reaching left hand to right foot such to feet together, hands in high V, return to squat with right hand towards left foot) 2. 30 Partner Calf Raises 3. 25 Hand Stand Shoulder Shrugs 4. 15 Burpees (jump up, squat, legs out in plank position, bring legs in, jump up, repeat) 5. 30 Alternating V-ups 6. 30 Belt Kicks (squat legs shoulder width apart then kick right leg 90 degrees or higher, return to squat and alternate leg)
