Secure Airplane/Vehicle Upon Arrival at Mission Base A. Ground Vehicles should be cleaned and refueled before arrival – keep fuel receipt B. Have CAPF 71/73 Safety Inspection and CAPF 104/109 (and one copy each) ready to submit upon arrival! C. Tie down or chock AC, install control lock, secure avionics panel, install front area sun screens, & complete post flight, clean leading edges and windscreen of aircraft D. Lock Doors of Aircraft and Vehicles (check that baggage/back doors are also locked) E. Close FAA flight plan (if filed) F. Aircraft to be refueled to Tabs and bill paid – keep receipt 2. Check in with Safety Officer 17. A. Plan flight/drive to home base B. Complete Outbound CAPF 104/109 (DO NOT LEAVE without a CAPF 104/109 nor an IC release) C. Complete FAA Flight Plan (if required) D. Get Flight Release Officer’s phone number – Aircrew E. Sign Out personnel and aircraft/vehicles with Air/Ground Operations AND Admin&Finance 18. (Station 1) Release Arriving Back Home A. Close FAA Flight Plan (if filed) B. Call Flight Release Officer with flight time, fuel amount and fuel cost C. Ensure entire crew returns home safely D. Complete CAPF 108 E. Make and keep a copy of fuel receipt and CAPF 104/109 and 108 for your records A. Turn in keys to Safety Officer – Aircraft and Vehicles B. Complete aircraft/vehicle safety check – CAPF 71/73 C. Safety Officer keeps original – PIC/Driver keeps copy 3. Sign in with Admin&Finance (Station 2) A. ICS211 personnel sign-in B. ICS211 aircraft/vehicle sign-in C. Membership card, 101 card, safety briefing, and CAPF 60 Emergency Info form for each member 4. Check in with Air/Ground Ops (Station 3 / 4) A. Turn in CAPF 104/109 B. Close out inbound sortie/drive in WMIRS C. Turn in fuel receipt with appropriate labeling – keep a copy of the fuel receipt D. Sign in personnel at Ops – Check of Pilot Documents and Driver’s License 5. Get Sortie Assignment from Air/Ground Ops (Station 3 / 4) A.
