What is LIPO LIGHT?

• Lipo Light has 8 pads which are applied directly to the skin for 30 minutes

• Each pad has 25 diodes that emit a warm red light at a wavelength of 635 nanometers

• This wavelength opens fat cells and allows the fat to exit the cell

• Performing cardio exercise after the treatment allows you to burn the fat exactly where you want to!

How LIPO LIGHT Works

The 635nm wavelength stimulates fat cells and opens the walls of the cells

Where Does The Fat Go?

• The lymphatic system is a system of lymph nodes and vessels running throughout the body that is responsible for transporting fatty acids to the circulatory system for metabolism.

• The lymphatic system is ‘powered’ by muscle movement.

• Lymph nodes release enzymes to break triglycerides down into free-fatty acids.

• The free-fatty acids are then used as energy for the body and burned off during exercise.

• If aerobic exercise is not performed following your

LIPO LIGHT treatments, the fat will be reabsorbed by the cells.

• A vibration plate can be used to jumpstart the lymphatic system prior to exercise.

Patient Criteria

Healthy without serious medical conditions

Collection or areas of subcutaneous fat

Body Mass Index (BMI)

– BMI under 30 requires 8 treatments

– BMI over 30 requires 12 treatments

Inch Loss vs. Weight Loss

Patients do not experience dramatic weight loss

How to calculate volume loss

Refractory Effect

Areas of Direct LED Irradiation

– Affected cells send chemical signal to adjacent cells within a 2 inch circumference of each pad

Adjacent cells two inches away from each pad will become up-regulated and will respond to the treatment

In a high percentage of patients, there will be a refractory effect into other areas of the body. This effect varies from person to person.

Characteristics of Fat & Effectiveness

Most effective on Subcutaneous Fat

– Closer to the surface, easy to lose

– Tissue feels soft and “fluffy”

– Hard, fibrous fat is more difficult to treat

Not effective on Visceral Fat

– Deep fat: lies below the muscles, surrounds the organs

Additional Factors

For female patients, therapy around the time of menstruation may coincide with fluid retention which can cause temporary variations to some measurements

Liposuction patients will have varied results

– Fat cells previously removed

– If possible, treat “virgin” fat that has not been liposuctioned

Easy to Follow 4 Step Protocol

1) Take Supplements:

Adequate Hydration

Pure water

What is a vibration plate?

Treatment Schedule
