Players need to understand their role and play to their potential. Mon Tue Wed Training Tuesday Players have done some self analysis and are aware of their opportunities for the week ahead. Thu Fri Training Thursday Players work on goals for the next game. Train in teams if possible so captains can develop roles for the game. Current Availability PM prepares list of available players for ED, JC, GC by Tuesday night. Long Term Availability Players contact PM via email to ensure that TUCC has accurate player availability information. Captains Captains input PM, ED, JC, GC and PM seek clarification from Captains about performance, roles played, team balance, opportunities, and more.
