◆Troubleshooting of hydraulic machine
Failures
Hydraulic driving motor can’t start
Hydraulic pump has irregular noise
Piping leakages
Cylinder leakages
Operating button doesn’t work
Unstable hydraulic pressure
Operating pressure over or short than
setting pressure.
Pressure doesn’t goes down
Reasons
1)Fuse burnt
2)Electric circuit disconnected
3)Overload, the protector “ON”
Countermeasures
1)To replace fuse
2)To check electric circuit
3)To push re-set button on protector and adjust protecting current higher.
1)Air sucked
2)Screen filter blocked
3)Oil pump internal wear out
4)Oil tank volume short
5)Hydraulic oil accompanied with air or water
6)Oil viscosity & temperature too high
1)To check O-ring fixed screws on the flange of oil sucking pipe.
2)Dismantle the screen filter and cleaning by diesel fuel.

1)Cylinder solenoid EDI valve voltage shorted, disconnected or burnt.
2)Cylinder limitation control switches no signal.
1)To check the voltage of electric circuit or to replace the coil.
2)To check cylinder limitation control switches.
1)Poor cooling efficient of cooler.
2)Cooler blocked by limescale.
1)To increase cooling water flowing volume and pressure.
2)To clean or to replace cooler.
