Professional bodies, where MRAs have been concluded, the professional body listed in the MRA Duration of Exchange • Mutually agreed by participating parties Visa/Work Permit • All participants subject Highway/Drainage Irrigation & drainage consultancy services The US$500m Storm Water Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) project in Malaysia, which incorporates a Storm Water channel and a motorway passage in a single large diameter tunnel have a dual purpose of mitigating floods in the city centre and easing traffic congestion from the south of the city to the centre. An MMC-Gamuda joint venture 21 holds the 40 year concession to design, build and operate the tunnels from the Malaysian government, jointly managed by both the Department of Irrigation and Drainage and the Highway Authority.
