and listen. Use all your
senses to enjoy the place.

string or old shoelaces, for
this activity. The more
sticks that the you have
the better. Hazel would
work well.

quietly for an hour and

your bird table.
Identify the birds
which visit. Record how
many different species
visit, how many of each
species visit and which
type of food they seem
to enjoy the most.

website to help you
(RSPB).
Take photographs fo each
one and use them to show
how and why they fit
Fibannacci patterns.
Create 3D shapes made
from your sticks. What
different shapes can you
make? Which would be the
best for a den?
