Requirements
The following requirements MUST be submitted to Actsoft Professional Services Department
before a quote is provided on the report, form or graph. The customer must commit to timely
communications and responses to Actsoft personnel throughout the design, development and
delivery processes. Lack of timely responses from the customer throughout the processes will
result in a lower priority assigned to the customer’s professional service project.
Detailed description- To assure that we deliver what our customers need and anticipate, we request
that custom reports, forms and graphs are accompanied by a written narrative of what you are
looking for. Obtaining a full understanding of your preferred results will significantly help in our
development process and will insure a successful project delivery. Examples comprises: report
title/subtitles, data columns and fields, calculations, design, layouts, report dates etc.

Mock-up- Provide a detailed report-mock-up to assure that your custom report/form will be as
successful as it should be. A CLEAN PDF copy of the customer’s current form or anticipated form
will help speed up the development, testing and delivery processes. The lack of a clean PDF of the
customer’s form may result in additional development hours and increased costs. The mock-up
layout and design should be as comprehensive as possible and precisely the anticipated end result.
The example that is provided can be created in MS Excel, MS Word, or any other output that permits
us to see precisely what you want and need.
Discovery & Development Phase
Upon receipt of the detailed description of the report and mock up report, a Professional Services
Consultant will call you within 5 business days to confirm our understanding of your needs and
clarify specifications. Report/form design will not be started until we obtain a signed Professional
Services Agreement (PSA) with payment. Actsoft strongly encourages full communication upfront
during the design process to ensure Actsoft clearly understands the customer’s requirements to
avoid unnecessary delays and additional charges.
As the complexity of custom report/form is often unknown until they have been analyzed, Actsoft
reserves the right to decline a request if time and other factors make the request impractical. By signing
this form, the undersigned hereby acknowledges that he/she has read, understands, agrees and hereby
accepts the general terms and conditions stated in this form, subject to the subscriber agreement.
