TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
The tender can be downloaded from website (www.jharkhandtenders.gov.in). The tender fee should be in
form of DD within any nationalied bank of jharkhand of Rs.2500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) in
favour of Principal, Govt. Polytechnic, Adityapur, Payable at Adityapur & earnest money of Rs. 5000/(Five Thousand Only) in the form of DD in favour of Principal, Govt. Polytechnic, Adityapur, Payable at
Adityapur, otherwise their tender will be rejected.
2.
Bidder should submit the following documents on line in form of .pdf.
(a)
Sales Tax clerance/J VAT, Income Tax clerance.
(b)
Authorisation letter from any organisation.
(c)
Registration in any Government sector.
3.
Tender would be in two envelope systems.
4.
Price should be inclusive of all the taxes, duties installation cost, labor cost & freight charges.
5.
Maintenance and guarantee will be as per norms mentioned by the manufacturer in case of product.
6.
Delay or Ignorance in supply & Maintenace after supply will be treated as which of terms & conditions.
7.
Name of the manufacturer with complete address should be mentioned against each item or equipments.
8.
Supplier will have to impart necessary training if training upto satisfaction level of the Head of the
Institution.
9.
There should be no alteration/corrections / over writing in the BOQ or prices quoted by the Bidder. Rate
should be quoted in form of .pdf.
10.
The manufacturer registered with the Industries Department, Govt. of Jharkhand may be given applicable
price preference as per prevalling rules while comparing / considering with the other suppliers. In order to
avail these preferences such tenderer should furnish a certified copy of valid registration (for concerned
tenderer) and relevant Government circular, for claiming price preference & exemption of tender cost /
EMD.
11.
Items available on DGS&D rate will be preferred.
12.
Tender received after due date and time will not be entertained under any circumstances.
13.
The tender must furnish complete detailed specifications preferably supported by printed literature of the
equipment offered, if available. Incomplete specification will result in rejection of tender. Complete
description of the item quoted should be mentioned.
14.
Principal, Govt. Polytechnic, Aditaypur reserves the rights to select entire or the part items of the particular
package on recommendation of the purchase committee.
15.
The successful tenderer will have to execute an Agreement Bond as approved by the Government of
Jharkhand.
16.
Tender fee & earnest money deposite should be reached by hand or registered post on or before 19.12.2015
before 5 pm otherwise their tender will not be entertained.
17.
The tenderer should bear all the transportation & insurance risk till the delivery point.
18.
Payment will be made after installation of items & successful inspection of authorized Govt. Agency (Such
as NIC for Computers & related items).
19.
Other unwritten rules not mentioned above are automatically applicable to the Bidder.
20.
Tender authority has right to reject tender without any reason.
