Just a quick note to thank you for your outstanding work on all of the shipments of the vehicles
supplied by McNeilus that were shipped to Jamaica out of Miami. All of the documentation
submitted under our Letter of Credit was 100% accurate, you kept us up to date on all of the
shipments and you worked diligently to get the documents to us as quickly as possible so that we
were able to meet the latest ship date and LC expiry dates in plenty of time. In particular, I
was impressed at how you were able to clear all of those vehicles through US customs and get
them shipped out of Miami during a particularly nasty hurricane season.
If all of the freight forwarders we work with were as professional as you, our jobs here at UPS
Capital Business Credit would be a lot easier. Thanks again for all your hard work and I hope
